Armor A90 & Frio

Another company that went all out at CeBIT 2010 was Thermaltake. They had a massive area designated for them and a plethora of products including a new gaming brand which we will be taking a look at in another article.

In the gaming arena, Thermaltake had the Armor A90 on display. It has a stealthy looking black interior and exterior, blue LED fans and semi-transparent side panel. The A90 looks like a stylish chassis that will surely be popular with a lot of gamers. It comes with the usual eSATA, USB etc.

The Armor A90 has physical dimensions of 515x210x502 mm and weighs just over 8KG.

Frio
Thermaltake are notorious for cooling, and over in the cooling department they had the all-new Frio CPU Cooler. Demonstrating side flow technology and a rather large cooling tower.

The Frio weighs just over 1Kg and comes bundled with a pair of cooling fans that operate very quietly. With the market now filled with the complete Intel family and of course the AMD Phenom II. The Frio supports both platforms. It has a 5 heatpipe design

Thermaltake seemed very confident about this new release, saying it will compete with the big boys at the top of the aircooling league. The Frio retails at just under £40 over here in the UK.
