I have been using Rainmeter for some time and I think it’s Worth a mention. Rainmeter is one of the most used desktop customization tools and contains many scripted skins enabling use for even newbies. There is a fair range of customization available to these already ready made skins, it’s completely up for geek pleasure. Whether it’s mixing up of skins or even building up new ones.
