This pinball machine comes with a 1 year parts warranty. All parts that are faulty will be replaced. Furthermore, the first 30 days after delivery will be covered by a full on-site service where if any issues arise, we will either visit on-site or return it to our workshop to remedy.

Throughout the rest of the year, we typically offer telephone support to address any issues, along with providing the required components for customers to install themselves. In cases where an on-site inspection and repair by our specialist repairer are necessary, this service is available, albeit with associated charges. Feel free to contact us for a call-out quotation. If specific parts are not in stock at the time of the request, we will arrange for their order. Please note that some parts may need to be imported from the United States, which could entail a waiting period for the arrival of the required components.

For used/secondhand/reconditioned pinball machines deployed in commercial settings like bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants, bowling alleys, trampoline parks, youth clubs, offices, factories, or similar venues, we extend a 30-day on-site service warranty. This coverage applies to any issues that arise, excluding those resulting from misuse or malicious damage. The warranty encompasses both parts and labor, ensuring comprehensive support during the initial 30 days of operation in the specified commercial location.
