potato phone, but after reflash it works 50/50

I bought this phone for calls and text messaging. Can't even open the app, it will take 1minute to use a PHONE call better buy a dumb phone!

My Redmi 9A has a problem of not charging after the battery running out of power completely.
My 2 friends changed the batteries thinking that it was the battery issue.
Another friend was complaining of the charging system but later on found out that it was not the battery but a factory error on starting the battery after getting drained.
Are there other people facing the same problem?

Very unresponsive touch screen after less than a year of using it. Phone get sluggish after sometimes but battery life is very good.

This phone was great when l bought 2 yrs back...it's no longer in shops so if u get it it's second hand hence the problems
