Clearly they have a big problem with transparency. I was hoping i can find a phone from this company that i like but now it's over. Ulefone does not upgrade Android version so it's a waste of money. The only Chinese company i can trust selling affordable good phones now is Xiaomi. Still hoping for a large screen device from them that is not foldable.

I have been using this phone since release.
There are some things you need to know before buying it:
Its relatively fast, have enough space on it for anything you would possibly do with a phone, the battery is big, and its an absulute unit, but..
The software isn't be best. Many problems was fixed since release, but there are still other ones related to the fact that its not a giant company. For example you should only use English UI, because its mixed otherwise, noone will translate it to your language. The finger print sensor isn't that reliable, sometimes still just breaks so you have to restart your phone. There is an option to disable the lock screen if the proximity sensor is active, but fingerprints still unlock it instantly if you happened to accidentally tuch its side, bypassing the whole function.
The jack have almost 0 space, you can't really use 80% of the cables. Most 30w rated cables are too thicc for the usb-c connector, and you can't buy the factory one, while the support isn't available (their mailbox is full, soo gmail can't deliver the massage). Related to this: The phone is heavy, i not yet found a cable that can withstand a 20-30cm drop with this phone.

I don't know how to say this but... you have to make sure the seals are intact (both at the port and the sim tray) before you put it underwater...

It is not waterproof. I recorded a video under water for less than 1 minute and less than 1 m deep - the water got in and burned the infrared sensor chip, fogged the front cameras, developed constant ghost touches (every second) so much that it became unusable. Although even before the underwater test it behaved strangely - some ghost touches and restarts without a reason.
I asked the seller Banggood, but they suggested me to do a factory reset which is silly for a water-damaged phone. Then they suggested to repair it locally voiding the warranty.
I turned to the manufacturer Ulefone but they responded by lying that all phones are always tested before sale and blaming me that I myself probably cracked the phone before the underwater test.
Ulefone in their website claims 12-month warranty and offers to serve as a referee if the the seller doesn't honour the warranty. But when I asked - Ulefone denied both and when I pointed to their own website - they stopped responding.
After 2 weeks of my persistent messages to Banggood - the seller finally agreed to refund if I send the phone back, but for 10 months Banggood didn't collect the phone from the China Post until it was discarded into trash as unclaimed (and many buyers in internet forums complain about the same problem). Even when confronted with these facts pointing to a scam scheme - Banggood didn't want to refund anything, but after I threatened to publicise about their conduct, they finally refunded (except for commission fees). Now I am still publicising this case so that other buyers don't fall in this trap.

I hv a power armor 13. First drop about 50cm from chair to floor. The speaker distorted. Second drop about the same hight and the speaker completely failed. Despite the phone build like a tank, the reliability raised a big concern. I love the power armor more than my Asus ROG, but it seems like a half finished goods. Shipping the phone back to China or manufacture is another trouble. In the end, I only use the phone as mobile hotspot instead of a phone
