Not battery efficientThese people likely don't even have any idea that the chip efficiency is responsible for battery consumption and not just only the capacity of the battery. This phone is marketed towards teenagers and the elderly, that don't know any better. They just see such phone in a banner / internet / TV ad and say: "wow so many gigabytes of ram and storage at such a price! This phone is the best!" And then not even a month after, the issues and disappointment begins for them and rightfully so - they didn't even bother to do their own research.

I have bought this phone 4 month before over all device is better as per price but if anyone expect smooth gaming specially for Pubg Mobile then this device is totally uncompetable for this task heating issues and very high lagging problem while counter with multiple players at a time.

I bought this phone a month back and here's my review..., good phone as per the price. It works fine if you buy it for normal daily use. Apps work well but idk Instagram reels lag on it. Other than that the device has really good battery, lasts a day on one charge and you can do normal gaming on it. Not recommended for heavy gamers. It has a decent camera and normal speakers. The display is ipc fhd and it has a good brightness. Overall experience was quite decent. Therefore recommended for those who want it as a normal usage device.

The chip is 12nm. How can it be better battery benchmark than 7nm phones? 12nm uses almost twice battery juice

Plz do not buy this phone because so many problems in this phone. phone bettery is very bad too slow charging and very bad backup. processer is also not good it's not work properly and mostally tym facing hanging problam so plz do not buy this product...

Redmi 12 sucks, at first glance the phone is so good but after few months of using it sucks as hell i hope redmi removed this phone from their company, like bro the phone cant even open the camera faster then a 5 years old samsung phone

I had a issue with my touch after the use of 6 months. I had given my phone to service center they are telling me that they don't have the parts for display as it's out of stock I already waited for 5 days after that they are telling me to wait for more 10 days. Please don't buy redmi 12 5g as they don't have the parts and they will make u wait for so long. Customer service is very slow please dont go for redmi
