when i turn-on my trium cosmo, a message apears ''ENTER CODE' from 4 spaces. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO TURN IT ON! Some one please help me !!!!!

it happened i press setting, and enter phone seting,and enter into default setting, i now press yes.it now offlight, and no display of the screen.but it working.plz tell ur what to do.
