Do not buy this garbage. I bought one in January, and the first shock I got was that it is 3G. The internet connection can be considered non-existent at this point, describing it as slow would be an understatement. That was the first issue, issue number 2, the processing power is poor. It freezes a lot, restarting it doesn't help. Issue number 3, the charging port is now loose, with very poor architecture. Its charger doesn't fit anymore, mind you it's only been 3 months. Do yourself a favour, don't waste your money.

Damn too slow, sometimes goes blank and it's not 4G.
Right now I have a strong feeling i just wasted my hard earned money in buying this Itel A04

I am very disappointed about the performance.
The phone started freezing on the first day I started using it.
It just sort of like reboots, becomes unusable and even if you restart it does not help.
There are no CarlCare centres you can book it in South Africa.
Total waste of money
