Hugh Hefner’s 33-year-old son Marston says he’s made good money as a content creator from adults-only platform OnlyFans – and admits it’s probably thanks to his “nepo baby” heritage.

According to Business Insider, the son of the late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has made over US$30,000 since joining the streaming service in March.

“If I wasn’t Hugh Hefner’s son I wouldn’t have seen the same opportunities I have been given. If I didn’t have my last name, it wouldn’t have been even possible to get this kind of stuff, so I’m grateful,” he told the website.

The same source adds that Marston, who is Hefner’s second youngest child, grew up in the Playboy mansion, which left him with the idea that nudity is acceptable.

Just because he’s on a platform where he shares intimate photos of himself, doesn’t mean he’s not taken. Hefner married Anna Lambropoulos in 2022, and the couple welcomed their first child together this July, per People. “I always wanted to be a parent, and I just never found the person who felt right for me or who wanted to do it with me, for the long term,” he told the publication, “Now, it feels like I’m really in that Hollywood romance stage of things.”

So how did Hefner spend some of his hard-earned money?

According to US media, the writer has dropped a whopping US$100,000 on Pokémon cards and comics – and his wife was not happy about it. “It kind of made me die inside,” Lambropoulos has gone on record as saying. “It’s just so much money! I think it’s a volatile investment. I think it’s frivolous to spend money that way.”

Hefner’s purchases included a “Disco” Holo Shadowless Charizard Pokémon card which cost US$40,000; a CGC 2 “Disco” Holo Shadowless Blastoise Pokémon card for US$10,000, and a CGC 5.0 “Amazing Fantasy 15 Spider-Man” comic book which reportedly set him back US$50,000.

Back in June, Hefner told Page Six that his wife was “not crazy” about him joining OnlyFans, but “what’s more important to her is me pursuing my dreams or my interests, taking risks,” he added.
