Purchased dress NWOT. Did not seem NWOT to me as it had a couple of smells. Contacted buyer with what I thought was a reasonable solution and one I would have - and many times actually have - accepted as a seller (return for full or refund or I keep and she refunds half). In response, I was accused of perpetrating a "well thought out scam."
As I was unable to reach a resolution with the seller, I escalated the case to eBay and they advised to return the item for a full refund.
